| Self-service System for Certificate of the Citation of High Impact Papers is Open |

| In order to facilitate our teachers and students to issue citation certificates, the library has opened self-service system for citation certificates of high impact papers from Tongji University since this month. Which is currently available for teachers on campus for trial. Now it first provides test run for teachers in Tongji University. Compared with conventional manual services, self-service system has the following features: Self-service process. The library will review the paper in advance, so users can obtain the retrieval certificate report immediately without waiting for other processes. Full-time service . The system provides 24*7 hours service, users can log in to the system at any time and issue retrieval certificates; Real time information. When generating report, the system will update the dynamic information such as cited frequency and usage times in real time; More convenient report update. All certificates issued by the users will be kept in their account. The user can add, delete or update the papers in the original certificate, and generate a new certificate report according to personal needs. 1. Scope of system papers: Nature/Science/Cell/PNAS and its sub-journal papers ESI highly cited papers Papers in Q1 journal ranking of the National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences In the future, we will further expand the scope according to your needs. 2. Log in methods: Website: https://cscy.tongji.edu.cn/tjcscy Choose to log in the system through the school’s Unified Identity Authentication. Please access through VPN outside the campus. The system is not available on mobile devices at present, so please log in on the computer. You can scan the code at the login website.
3. Issuing Certificate After logging in to the system for the first time to claim their personal papers,users can issue certificates by themselves. Each time users log in to the system, they only need to claim the newly-added paper. For the detailed process, please log in to the system and refer to the user's manual. During the trial run period, the teachers of Tongji University will issue and download their paper retrieval certificate for free. 4.
