| On the afternoon of September 28, the German Library successfully held the activity of "Library Tour, Treasure Hunting in the Sea of Books". The purpose of this activity is to let 2021 freshmen learn about the library faster, and quickly master reading and information literacy skills through various fun games and competitions. The activity was carried out in the form of teamwork, and a total of sixteen 2021 freshmen enthusiastically participated. The teams worked together and passed through one level after another with great enthusiasm. They had a deeper understanding of Tongji in the "Visiting Tongji by gesturing". They learned about library collection retrieval methods and interesting little knowledge, and experienced the fun of information retrieval in the "Knowledge quiz". These activities really narrowed the distance between the students and the library. In the competition, every students performed well, and the students in group one got the first place in the end with their full understanding of the relative knowledge of the library. In the end, each participants received a small gift carefully prepared by the library. We hope that the students can gain something through this activity, learn more about the library and Tongji, start a better university life, read more, think more, and leave happy university memories.     |
