In the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, the exhibition named "Bridge Story • From Revolutionary History to Golden Glory——A tribute to the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of New China" was exhibited on the afternoon of October 9 in 2019. It was cohosted by the Tongji University Library and the Department of Bridge Engineering, School of Civil Engineering, Tongji University. And the opening ceremony of this exhibition was held in the lobby of the first floor of the Siping Road Campus Library of Tongji University.

This exhibition of "Bridge Story from Revolutionary History to Golden Glory" is composed of three parts: "Red Bridge——witness of the history", “Golden Bridge——pioneer of the development", "Bridge——Building a dream together and going forward". The stories behind each bridge are telling witness of each Chinese miracle that has attracted worldwide attention. We look back the history to inherit the spirit and forge ahead bravely, and those stories behind encourage us to remain true to the original aspiration and keep mission firmly in mind.
